Norges Bank reduces CMS stake


PETALING JAYA: Norges Bank, the central bank and sovereign wealth fund manager of Norway, has ceased to be a substantial shareholder of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, CMS said the bank had disposed of 760,000 shares in the company, bringing its total shareholding to 4.93% as at Feb 15.
