Energy Commission sees greater usage of solar energy system

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association (MPIA) has launched the MPIA Solar Roadshow 2024 in line with the government’s targets of achieving 40 per cent renewable energy capacity by 2040 and 70 per cent by 2050.

MPIA president Davis Chong Chun Siong said the roadshow series, themed "Liberalisation of the Grid”, began its Kuala Lumpur leg today covering topics such as Grid Readiness Towards Enabling Energy Transition and Unveiling the Electric Vehicle (EV) Landscape: Pioneering the Feature Sustainable Mobility.
