Majuperak sells assets to Ladang Lekir


PETALING JAYA: Majuperak Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Syarikat Majuperak Bhd is selling the Brewster Village building together with two tracts of land in Ipoh for RM18.4mil to Ladang Lekir Sdn Bhd.

Ladang Lekir is a unit of Perak Agro Oil Palm Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perak State Agricultural Development Corp.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Majuperak expects to realise a net gain of RM12.32mil from the disposal. In the financial year ended Dec 31, 2022, the property contributed a gross property revenue of RM34,800.
