PETALING JAYA: Petra Energy Bhd
’s (PEB) wholly-owned subsidiary Petra Marine Sdn Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement with Great Sky Investments Corp for the disposal of an accommodation work barge Petra Lyra for RM18.45mil cash.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, PEB said the vessel was built in 2009 and sails under the Malaysian flag.
