MAHB appoints former S P Setia president and COO as director

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has appointed Datuk Seri Koe Peng Kang as its independent and non-executive director, effective Dec 12, 2023.

In a filing on Bursa Malaysia, MAHB said the former S P Setia Bhd deputy president and COO, 62, had rotated around various leadership roles covering the scope of infrastructure, convention centres, hospitality, premium high rise and residential township projects.

In July 2023, Koe was appointed as president of the World Council of Developers and Investors by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

“In October 2023, he was appointed to the International Advisory Council of the World Digital Chamber.”
