Mah Sing in RM508mil Setapak TOD project


M Azura is the group’s third development in Setapak after M Astra and M Adora.

PETALING JAYA: Mah Sing Group Bhd will be developing M Azura, a new transit-oriented development or TOD on four acres of prime land in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM508mil.

The property developer acquired the land for RM74.3mil from Tekun Juara Sdn Bhd and comes with the benefit of a converted title for “Bangunan” which will expedite the development process.
