Willowglen MSC unit bags RM12.75mil contract from SP PowerAssets


KUALA LUMPUR: A wholly-owned subsidiary of Willowglen MSC Bhd, Willowglen Services Pte Lrd, has secured a RM12.75mil contract from SP PowerAssets Ltd, Singapore, for the intallation and maintenance of a substation intrusion detection system.

It said the contract is for a period of three years, commencing Dec 1, 2023, and wil be completed by Dec 31, 2026.

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2024, to 2026," said the group in a stock exchange filing.
