Valuation and Property Services Department's Abdul Razak said home prices in Malaysia have stabilised with minimal increases.
KUALA LUMPUR: The value of real estate market transactions jumped 22.6% to RM57.15bil in the third quarter of 2023 (3Q23) compared with the same quarter last year.
This was due to an increase in the transfer of ownership for “major sales” in the country, according to the Valuation and Property Services Department or JPPH.
