Dayang gets offshore maintenance contract from PETRONAS.


PETALING JAYA: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd has been awarded an offshore maintenance, construction and modification services contract for PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dayang said the contract was awarded to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd.

Dayang said the value of the contract is based on work orders throughout the contract duration.

“The duration for scope expansion is approximately six months, effective from June 22, 2023 until Dec 31, 2023.”

“The contract will have no effect on the issued capital of the company and is expected to contribute to the earnings of Dayang over the duration of the contract.”
