KUALA LUMPUR: MYAirline has received an extension of its air operator certificate (AOC) by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), which will allow it to operate for two more years.
In a statement, the carrier said the AOC signified a thorough evaluation of its operations including; but not limited, to maintenance, crew training, safety protocols and organisational management.
It said the process involved rigorous assessments and regular audits conducted by CAAM, demonstrating MYAirline’s commitment to meeting and exceeding industry benchmarks.
“This achievement underscores our continuous efforts to prioritise safety and compliance in every aspect of our operations.
“It reflects our dedication to providing our customers with the highest quality services while maintaining the utmost levels of safety and reliability,” said MYAirline chief operating officer and interim chief executive officer Stuart Cross.
