Kerjaya Prospek unit secures RM226mil contract


KUALA LUMPUR: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kerjaya Prospek (M) sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Aspen Vision City Sdn Bhd to design and build a proposed development in Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang for RM226mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the contract is for a proposed development of two blocks of apartments comprising 37 storeys each, housing a total of 980 residential units and a seven-storey podium comprising carparks, community recreational facilities and shop lots.

The contract will commence on Oct 27, 2023, and be completed within 42 months.

According to the group, the contract is expected to provide an additional stream of revenue over the next four years.
