PETALING JAYA: Waja Konsortium Bhd
(WKB) has accepted a letter of award worth RM279.15mil from TH Tebrau Land Sdn Bhd to be the sub-contractor for the One49 Residence project in Johor Baru.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, WKB said the project comprised five blocks of serviced apartments totalling 2,260 units, adding that the contract would also consist of sub-structure construction, main building works and podium for two of the towers.
“As the letter of award was accepted on Oct 5, 2023, the commencement date of the contract works and the date of completion will be revised to a later date with a duration of 42 weeks,” it said.
