Waja secures Johor building contract

PETALING JAYA: Waja Konsortium Bhd (WKB) has accepted a letter of award worth RM279.15mil from TH Tebrau Land Sdn Bhd to be the sub-contractor for the One49 Residence project in Johor Baru.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, WKB said the project comprised five blocks of serviced apartments totalling 2,260 units, adding that the contract would also consist of sub-structure construction, main building works and podium for two of the towers.
