Developers ride on booming industrial assets

THE growing demand for industrial property has been driving developers to expand into this space, as they look to both improve and diversify their revenue streams.

Earlier this week, Sunway Bhd announced that it will be developing a 559-acre industrial park in Batu Kawan, Penang, with a gross development value (GDV) of at least RM3.5bil.
