Dayang gets job extension from Sapura OMV


KUALA LUMPUR: Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Dayang Enterprise Sdn Bhd has received a contract amendment and extension for the provision of Pan Malaysia maintenance, construction and modification contractor for 2018 to 2023 – Package C (East Malaysia).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said its unit had received the award from Sapura OMV Upstream (Sarawak) Inc, which extended the contract for a duration of one year, five months and 21 days effective from July 11, 2023, to Dec 31, 2024.

The job will have no effect on the issued capital of the company and is expected to contribute to earnings over the duration of the contract, it said.
