has appointed Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin as its new independent non-executive director effective Oct 1.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the fast-moving consumer goods manufacturer stated the former president and CEO of national oil company, PETRONAS, brings with him 40 years of experience from his time in the corporate sector and other positions.
