Solid earnings momentum for Kerjaya

PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd is expected to build stronger earnings momentum from the second half of financial year 2023 (2H23) as construction billings accelerate coupled with new property launches, says Kenanga Research.

The property group’s 1H23 net profit came in at 40% and 41% of the research house and the full-year consensus estimate respectively.
