“We are on track as far as our pipeline of new launches worth RM2.5bil to the market," said Sufian.

PETALING JAYA: UEM Sunrise Bhd recorded a revenue of RM605mil for the first half ended June 30, 2023 (1H23), driven by higher construction progress from local developments such as Residensi AVA in Kiara Bay and Residensi Allevia in Mont’Kiara.

Land sales, meanwhile, contributed 14% to the total revenue.
