Sunway’s share transaction with IASB ‘reasonable’

PETALING JAYA: TA Research has a positive stance on Sunway Bhd’s wholly-owned unit Sunway City Sdn Bhd’s (SunCity) share transaction agreement to gain full ownership of Sunway Iskandar Development Sdn Bhd (SIDSB).

Early this week, SunCity inked an agreement to acquire the remaining 40% of SIDSB’s share capital from Iskandar Assets Sdn Bhd (IASB) for RM770,450.
