KUALA LUMPUR: Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd, has secured a term loan of RM400mil from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (SMBC) (M) Bhd on a clean basis.
In a statement, Astro said the term loan is available for multiple drawdowns, with the first drawdown to be made within three months from the date of the facility agreement.
