PETRONAS to zero in on collaborations

Wolff-Bye: PETRONAS has reduced over 18 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions from its operations.

AS one of the frontrunners in the sustainability race, especially having announced its goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, Petroliam Nasional Bhd (PETRONAS) believes that collaborating with other stakeholders is the way forward.

The conglomerate believes that to fast track the transition of energy usage to a sustainable mode, it would need to “partner like never before”, building on the trust and relationships it has fostered with existing partners as well as looking out for suitable new ones.
