FBM KLCI croses 1,400-level in early trade

KUALA LUMPUR: The FBM KLCI crossed the 1,400-point threshold in early trade Thursday, lifted by gains in banking stocks and key blue chips.

The benchmark index rose 2.65 points, or 0.19% to 1,400.71 at 9.18 am. The index opened 3.04 points higher at 1,401.10.
