SkyWorld to launch RM1bil projects in KL in FY24

SkyWorld says it intends to expand its footprint beyond Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: Skyworld Development Bhd plans to launch new projects with total estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding RM1bil in Kuala Lumpur in the current financial year ending March 31, 2024 (FY24).

As at March 31, the developer had unbilled sales amounting to RM944.6mil, providing visibility of future revenue.
