(SDP) has re-designated non-independent non-executive director Tan Sri Dr Nik Norzrul Thani Nik Hassan Thani, 63, as chairman.
Nik Norzrul Thani, who has served as a member of SDP’s board since June 16, 2022, was appointed interim chairman following the retirement of Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin Megat Khas.
