Gamuda posts net profit of RM223.37mil in 3Q, declares 6c div

KUALA LUMPUR: Gamuda Bhd said its performance this year is expected to be driven by overseas construction activities as projects in Australia and Taiwan continue to pick up pace, as well as as property sales.

The engineering, infrastructure and property group added that its resilience is underpinned by a large construction order book of RM20bil, including a A$2bil order book boost from the acquisition of Downer Transport Projects in Australia, and unbilled property sales of RM5.7bil.
