PETALING JAYA: Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award worth RM404.4mil from Ecofirst Consolidated Bhd for construction works for a proposed residential development project at Lot 5 & PT62, Seksyen 92, Kuala Lumpur.
In a statement, Kerjaya Prospek said the project entails the construction of two blocks of apartment for the proposed development of a 39-storey service apartment, basement and podium, which consists of an eight-storey car park and commercial unit.
