Kimlun wins RM95.4mil construction contracts


KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corp Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has secured two construction contracts worth RM95.41mil from Bandar Nusajaya Development Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Kimlun said the contracts were for the construction of an affordable apartment block, 166 link houses, ancillary buildings and infrastructure in Pulai, Johor Bharu, Johor.

The projects are estimated to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.

“The projects are expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun Group for the financial years during the contract period,” it said.
