PETALING JAYA: Property developer NCT Alliance Bhd
is expanding its footprint with its latest residential project in Batu Kawan, Ion Vivace Residences, with a gross development value of RM300mil.
Executive chairman and group managing director, Datuk Seri Yap Ngan Choy, said the project, comprising two blocks of serviced apartments based on an Italian concept, is slated for completion in 2027.
