The ASF Conference and Exhibition 2023 is slated for Oct 3 to Oct 6, 2023.
PETALING JAYA: In a bid to tackle food security and mitigate environmental challenges, the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec) will be hosting the first annual Asia Smart Farming (ASF) Conference and Exhibition 2023.
This is a collaborative effort with MY Events and ABS Greentech Sdn Bhd as partners.
This tie-up between Mitec and the relevant stakeholders aims to bridge the gap in achieving Sustainable Development Goal 2, End Hunger, by ensuring food security and promoting sustainable agriculture through smart farming practices.
Mitec chief executive officer Mala Dorasamy said the memorandum of understanding it inked with ABS Greentech in March sets forth as the joint support to accelerate the growth of this initiative to improve the carbon footprint in the industry.
The forthcoming ASF Conference and Exhibition 2023 will be held at Mitec, Kuala Lumpur, from Oct 3 to Oct 6, 2023.
