’s non-executive director, Tan Sri Raja Arshad Raja Tun Uda, has announced his retirement from the company.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Maxis said Raja Arshad’s resignation will take effect from May 18, upon the conclusion of the company’s 14th AGM.
