PETALING JAYA: MyEG Services Bhd
’s sub-subsidiary MyEG Lodging Sdn Bhd has received a letter of acceptance from Penang Development Corp (PDC) in relation to a tender to set up a workers village at Batu Kawan Industrial Park 3.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, MyEG said the project requires MyEG Lodging to lease a 8.39-acre land at a value of RM20.4mil for 30 years, and for it to build and complete as well as manage and operate the village and its related facilities at its own cost.
