Gratuity for outgoing director

PETALING JAYA: Genting Plantations Bhd is proposing a retirement gratuity of RM787,523 to Quah Chek Tin in recognition of his long service and contribution to the company.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Genting Plantations said Quah, an independent non-executive director of the company, had indicated his intention to retire at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM.
