Shahrol is FGV interim chairman

PETALING JAYA: FGV Holdings Bhd has announced the redesignation of Datuk Shahrol Anuwar Sarman, a government appointed director on the board of directors of FGV, as interim chairman effective April 1.

In a statement, FGV said he will assume the new role until the appointment of a new chairman by the Special Shareholder of FGV. The redesignation is following the tenure expiry of the previous chairman. — Bernama
