Samaiden’s Main Market move approved


PETALING JAYA: Samaiden Group Bhd’s move to transfer its listing status from the ACE Market to the Main Market has been approved by Bursa Malaysia.

In a statement, the renewable energy specialist principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems and power plants said the transfer of listing will take effect two market days upon the announcement to Bursa Malaysia on the transfer date to be announced later.

In relation to the transfer of listing, Samaiden had met the profit requirements under the Securities Commission’s Equity Guidelines.
