KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks in focus on Monday include Pecca, KPS, Betamek, Tex Cycle Technology, Nexgram and TWL, said Apex Research.

Pecca Group Bhd is buying an 80% equity interest in PT Gemilang Maju Kencana (GMK) for RM1.88 million.

Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Bhd (KPS) has entered into a MOU to explore the possibility of procuring solar energy.

Betamek Bhd has signed a deal to expand its vehicle electronic product offerings.

Tex Cycle Technology (M) Bhd, whose share price has almost doubled year to date, saw its largest shareholder offload five million shares or a 1.95% stake in the company.

Nexgram to acquire property management rights in Langkawi for RM22.5 million.

TWL shareholders approve RM111.3m rights issue to fund development projects.

Meanwhile, Apex said the FBMM KLCI could trend lower towards the support of 1,418 points following the bearish performance on Wall Street.

The US market plunged on Friday after Silicon Valley Bank collapsed.

Similarly, European stocks tumbled following losses in banking stocks after the first bank failure since the Lehman crisis.
