E.A. Technique selling marine vessel

KUALA LUMPUR: E.A. Technique (M) Bhd has entered into a memorandum of agreement to dispose of a marine vessel, Nautica Muar (NMR), to Alpha Metallum DMCC for US$5.2mil (RM23.52mil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, E.A. Technique said the disposal consideration for NMR was set at a minimum of US$4.86mil (RM21.99mil).
