KUALA LUMPUR: Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd is partnering with Exsim Group’s wholly owned subsidiary, Exsim MX4 Sdn Bhd, to develop a RM1.6bil mixed development at Kwasa Damansara.
In a joint statement, the companies said the project would entail the construction of serviced apartments on a land area totalling 15.91 acres.
