NEW YORK: Citigroup Inc awarded chief executive officer (CEO) Jane Fraser US$24.5mil (RM108.8mil) in pay for 2022, making her the only major US bank CEO to receive a bump in compensation for the year.

In her first full year atop the company, Fraser, 55, was granted stock awards totalling about US$19.6mil (RM87.1mil), a cash bonus of US$3.45mil (RM15.3mil) and US$1.5mil (RM6.7mil) in salary, the New York-based bank said in a filing.
