KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks on investors' radar screen could include Farm Fresh, Nexgram, Perdana Petroleum, MISC, Hume Cement, RCE Capital and Revenue Group, said Apex Research.

Farm Fresh Bhd has proposed to acquire a 65% stake in ice cream chain The Inside Scoop Sdn Bhd (TISSB) for RM83.9 million.

Nexgram Holdings Bhd has cancelled a deal with Melaka Corporation (MCorp) pertaining to the purchase of a 10.031-hectare piece of land in the state for RM61.53 million.

Perdana Petroleum Bhd returned to the black with a net profit of RM20.51 million in 4Q22.

MISC Bhd’s net profit rose 39.7% YoY to RM645 million in 4Q22.

Hume Cement Industries Bhd’s net profit declined 41.04% YoY to RM4.47 million for 2QFY23.

RCE Capital Bhd’s net profit climbed 1.37% YoY to RM35.18 million in 3QFY23.

Two EGMs of Revenue Group Bhd scheduled tomorrow pertaining to the removal of directors, will not be held pending further direction from the High Court.

Meanwhile, Apex said the FBM KLCI could take a breather below the resistance of 1,500 points following the mixed performance on Wall Street.

The US market rose on Friday after January retail sales data was better than expected.

Similarly, European stocks rose after US retail sales beat estimates.
