TAFI wins RM11mil theme park project


KUALA LUMPUR: Tafi Industries Bhd has secured a RM11mil construction contract to construct, test and commission, complete and hand-over for theme park work in Perak.

In a statement, TAFI said its wholly-owned subsidiary TAFI Home & Office Sdn Bhd accepted the contract from TT5 Theme Assets Sdn Bhd.

The contract duration is 18 months from Feb 15, 2023 to Aug 14, 2024 and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of TAFI for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 (FY23) and FY24.

Group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Bryan Wong said the contract would contribute positively towards TAFI’s earnings and net tangible assets (NTA) for FY23-24.
