CAM Resources in RM6mil land deal in Perak


The company said it intends to use its newly acquired asset for business expansion.

PETALING JAYA: CAM Resources Bhd via its wholly owned subsidiary, Central Palm Oil Mill Sdn Bhd, has purchased a plot of land worth RM6.1mil in Bidor, Perak.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the company said it acquired the land from four vendors namely, Oh Kheng Long, Tham Ching Soon, Tham Her Ching and Wong Kee Fong.

The company said it intends to use its newly acquired asset for business expansion purposes in the future. The purchase of the land will be fully financed by CAM Resources through internally generated funds.
