Mavcom allocates 44 air traffic rights in Q4 2022


Saripuddin said Mavcom is confident that Malaysia's aviation industry will stay on a steady path to recovery by 2024, as forecast by the International Air Transport Association.

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Aviation Commission (Mavcom) has received and approved all 44 Air Traffic Rights (ATR) applications in the fourth quarter of 2022 (4Q22).

In a statement yesterday, Mavcom said the ATR applications, which consisted of 28 international and 16 domestic routes, showed an increase of 15.8% compared with 3Q22.
