KL construction contract for Vestland


Vestand said its subsidiary, Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Rimbun Merdu Sdn Bhd to undertake the main building and associated works under the contract.

PETALING JAYA: ACE Market-bound Vestland Bhd has won a construction contract worth RM63.15mil for a 33-storey serviced apartment in Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the design-and-build company said its subsidiary, Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd, had accepted a letter of award from Rimbun Merdu Sdn Bhd to undertake the main building and associated works under the contract.

Construction works are scheduled to be completed within 34 months from Jan 30. Vestland is slated to be listed on the ACE Market today.
