Boustead Plantations directors resign to pursue other interests

KUALA LUMPUR: Three directors and the chairman of Boustead Plantations Bhd have resigned to pursue other interests, effective Jan 31.

According to filings with Bursa Malaysia, Boustead Plantations said its independent non-executive chairman Datuk Ismail Lasim resigned "to pursue other interest".

Independent and non-executive directors Datuk Abdul Ghani Abdul Rashid, Datuk Dr Din Adam, and Mohd Azahar Ibrahim have also resigned to pursue other interests.
