Are ACE Market IPOs priced fairly?

Giving back: There are arguments that listing at a lower valuation is a way to reward long-term shareholders, suppliers and parties who have been involved in contributing towards the company.

THE ACE Market has been very hot in the past 12 months. There are clearly more initial public offerings (IPOs) that outperformed with steep increases in market caps and premiums at the opening prices than those that underperformed.

Out of 25 ACE Market listings, 20 of the companies’ shares trade above the IPO offer price today. This shows there has been great interest in ACE Market IPOs compared to past years.
