KUALA LUMPUR: Pekat Group Bhd
has announced that Tai Yee Chee will be re-designated as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the company with effect from Jan 1, 2023, and will also continue as an executive director.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the solution provider for lightning protection systems, earthing systems and surge protection systems said the role and position of the company’s chief operating officer (COO) will remain vacant until due notice.
