KUALA LUMPUR: Stocks in focus on Monday include Comintel, Impiana Hotels, Harn Len, CN Asia, Foundpac and Reservoir Link Energy, said Apex Research.

In a note, the research firm said Comintel Corp Bhd's trading suspension will be lifted today after the completion of its private placement and PN17 regularisation plan.

Harn Len Corp’s shareholders have given their approval for the eight-for-five bonus issue of 399.24 million shares.

Impiana Hotels Bhd has resolved a winding up petition over an unpaid sum amounting to RM2.26 million relating to a resort redevelopment.

CN Asia Corp Bhd has disposed of 54.53 million shares in Zen Tech International Bhd through the open market.

UEM Sunrise Bhd is selling 17 parcels of land in Perak, measuring a cumulative 1,776.6 acres to Sunsuria Bhd for RM75.52 million.

FoundPac Group is buying an industrial land measuring 8,365 square metres in the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone in Penang for RM25.5m.

Reservoir Link Energy has won five solar contracts between October and November this year, with a combined value of RM12.05 million.

Meanwhile, Apex said the FBM KLCI could remain sideways below the resistance of 1,500 points following the recent pullback.

The US market ended mixed on Friday after November employment data was better than forecast and could derail expectations of a slower rate hike by the Federal Reserve.

Earlier, European stocks declined after the US non-farm payrolls data and China easing its Covid-19 restrictions.
