PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd has appointed Annuar Marzuki Abdul Aziz its new chief financial officer (CFO) with effect from Dec 1.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, the property developer said Annuar Marzuki replaced Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus, 55, who had held the post as acting CFO since May 9.
