Ranhill awarded FSPO service contract for Petrobras of Brazil


KUALA LUMPUR: Ranhill Utilities Bhd has been awarded a contract to perform detail design engineering (DDE) service for new P-82 floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessel, for the Brazilian state-owned oil and gas producer, Petroleo Brasileiro S.A (Petrobras).

The company said its 51 per cent owned subsidiary Ranhill Worley Sdn Bhd signed a contract effective on Nov 4, 2022 from Sembcorp Marine Integrated Yard Pte Ltd to jointly execute the contract for US$27 million.
