Stella gets takeover offer at 95 sen per share


KUALA LUMPUR: Stella Holdings Bhd has received an unconditional mandatory takeover offer notice at 95 sen per share from several joint offerors to acquire the remaining shares not held by them.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Stella said the joint offerors, Varia Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd (VES), Datuk Lau Beng Wei and Datuk Lau Beng Sin.
