SC suspends Nazri Khan's licence for six months

KUALA LUMPUR: Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has suspended the Capital Markets Services Representative's license of Inter-Pacific Asset Management Sdn Bhd (IPAM) executive director and fund manager, Datuk Nazri Khan Adam Khan for six months, effective Oct 6, 2022.

IPAM’s management said it is currently appealing against the suspension, emphasising that the suspension was due to administrative breaches and not about fund management.
